Responsibilities:
- Operate backhoe and related heavy equipment safely.
- Perform digging, trenching, and backfilling tasks.
- Conduct daily equipment checks and basic maintenance.
- Follow site plans and supervisor instructions.
- Assist in site clearing and preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear proper PPE.
Qualifications:
- With at least 1–2 years of backhoe operation experience.
- Holder of valid TESDA NC II or equivalent certification.
- Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance.
- Physically fit and able to work in various conditions.
- Strong awareness of safety procedures.
